关节镜下盂唇修复术治疗训练伤所致复发性肩关节前脱位的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究对训练伤所致复发性肩关节前脱位患者治疗时开展关节镜下盂唇修复术治疗的效果。方法选择训练伤所致复发性肩关节前脱位患者38例为研究对象,采用随机排序划分为对照组(19例,采用开放式盂唇修复术治疗)和观察组(19例,采用关节镜下盂唇修复术治疗)。对比两组患者肩关节稳定性评分、肩关节修正评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组疼痛、活动范围、活动水平评分分别为(2.49±0.13)、(2.17±0.08)、(2.61±0.12)分,均高于对照组的(1.45±0.56)、(1.41±0.13)、(1.58±0.25)分(P<0.05)。观察组稳定性、活动度、功能评分分别为(40.45±2.05)、(17.61±2.15)、(25.71±1.43)分,均高于对照组的(31.45±1.47)、(12.34±2.26)、(16.28±2.17)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组精力、情感职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能评分分别为(92.45±1.45)、(92.74±1.53)、(91.74±1.65)、(94.45±1.35)分,均高于对照组的(82.56±1.68)、(80.47±1.68)、(83.45±1.25)、(84.45±1.35)分(P<0.05)。结论对训练伤所致复发性肩关节前脱位患者治疗时开展关节镜下盂唇修复术治疗,可以提升患者肩关节稳定性,保障肩关节修正效果,改善术后生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic glenoid labrum repair for recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint caused by training injury.Methods 38 patients with recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint caused by training injury were selected and randomly divided into a control group(19 cases,treated with open glenoid labrum repair)and an observation group(19cases,treated with arthroscopic glenoid labrum repair).Comparison of shoulder joint stability score,shoulder joint correction score,and quality of life between the two groups of patients.Results The scores of pain,range of motion and activity level were(2.49±0.13),(2.17±0.08)and(2.61±0.12)points in the observation group,all of which were higher than(1.45±0.56),(1.41±0.13)and(1.58±0.25)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of energy,role-emotional,bodily pain and social function were(92.45±1.45),(92.74±1.53),(91.74±1.65)and(94.45±1.35)points in the observation group,which were higher than(82.56±1.68),(80.47±1.68),(83.45±1.25)and(84.45±1.35)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic glenoid labrum repair can improve shoulder joint stability,ensure shoulder joint correction effect,and increase postoperative quality of life in patients with recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint caused by training injury.
