尼可地尔+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨尼可地尔+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者90例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组给予尼可地尔+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗。对比两组临床疗效、心绞痛改善情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.56%高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心绞痛发作次数(0.82±0.40)次/d及持续时间(2.39±0.95)min/次均优于对照组的(1.38±0.36)次/d、(6.20±1.58)min/次(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者应用尼可地尔+单硝酸异山梨酯治疗的疗效显著,安全性较高,便于改善心绞痛持续时间与发作次数,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nicordil+isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 90 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate,and the observation group was treated with nicordil+isosorbide mononitrate.The clinical efficacy,improvement of angina pectoris and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.56%in the observation group was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were(0.82±0.40)times/d and(2.39±0.95)min/time,which were better than(1.38±0.36)times/d and(6.20±1.58)min/time in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,the application of nicordil+isosorbide mononitrate has significant efficacy and high safety,which is convenient to improve the duration and frequency of angina pectoris,and has high clinical application value.
