金振口服液治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果研讨

摘　　要：目的研究小儿急性支气管炎患儿接受金振口服液治疗的效果。方法62例小儿急性支气管炎患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同分成研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组接受注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以金振口服液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、血清炎性因子、不良反应发生情况、血常规指标。结果和对照组(77.42%)比较,研究组治疗总有效率(96.77%)更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组的咳嗽消失时间(3.66±0.50)d、喘息消失时间(2.51±0.55)d、发热消失时间(3.11±0.50)d以及肺啰音消失时间(4.40±1.06)d均短于对照组的(4.81±0.75)、(3.28±0.81)、(3.66±0.64)、(5.00±1.24)d(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组C反应蛋白(CRP)(2.50±0.63)mg/L、中性粒细胞比例(NEUT%)(58.60±2.55)%低于对照组的(3.25±0.78)mg/L、(61.68±2.47)%,而淋巴细胞比率(LYMPH%)(28.95±2.70)%高于对照组的(24.78±2.27)%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(3.23%VS 25.81%,χ^(2)=6.3690,P=0.0116<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血小板计数(200.25±43.18)×10^(9)/L、白细胞计数(7.02±1.00)×10^(9)/L均低于对照组的(265.33±41.20)×10^(9)/L、(9.11±1.15)×10^(9)/L(P<0.05)。结论小儿急性支气管炎采用金振口服液治疗,可获得良好的治疗效果,不仅能减轻患儿的炎症因子水平,也加快患儿的症状消失速度,临床治疗安全性较高,值得运用。Objective To study the effect of Jinzhen oral liquid on acute bronchitis in children.Methods 62 children with acute bronchitis as study subjects were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment plans,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection,and the study group was treated with Jinzhen oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,disappearance time of clinical symptom,serum inflammatory factors,occurrence of adverse reactions and blood routine indexes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(77.42%),the total effective rate of the study group(96.77%)was higher,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,wheezing,fever and pulmonary rale were(3.66±0.50),(2.51±0.55),(3.11±0.50)and(4.40±1.06)d in the study group,which were shorter than(4.81±0.75),(3.28±0.81),(3.66±0.64)and(5.00±1.24)d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had CRP of(2.50±0.63)mg/L and neutrophil percentage(NEUT%)of(58.60±2.55)%,which were lower than(3.25±0.78)mg/L and(61.68±2.47)%in the control group;the study group had higher percentage of lymphocytes(LYMPH%)of(28.95±2.70)%than(24.78±2.27)%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(3.23%VS 25.81%;χ^(2)=6.3690,P=0.0116<0.05).After treatment,the platelet count and white blood cell count were(200.25±43.18)×10^(9)/L and(7.02±1.00)×10^(9)/L in the study group,which were lower than(265.33±41.20)×10^(9)/L and(9.11±1.15)×10^(9)/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Jinzhen oral liquid shows good therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children,which can not only reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children,but also speed up the disappearance of symptoms with high clinical safety.It is worthy of application.
