制造业企业的研发投入对提升企业生产力的效应研究

摘  要:以2012至2022年间沪深A股市场的高端制造业公司为样本,运用回归方法研究了企业数字化转型过程中研发投入对企业生产力发展的促进作用。研究发现,企业对研发的投入有助于提升其全要素生产率,同时,企业的数字化转型与其生产力的发展关系同样显著:数字化转型水平越高,全要素生产率增长的潜力就越大。位于东部地区的非国有企业,数字化转型对其研发投入与全要素生产率的提升短期内起到了显著的抑制作用。非国有企业和东部地区的企业更倾向于通过数字化转型来实现更高的全要素生产率和未来的可持续发展,而中西部企业则由于研发资金的局限,其数字化转型受到了制约。This study uses a sample of high-end manufacturing companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2012 to 2022 and employs regression analysis to examine the role of R&D investment in enhancing corporate productivity during digital transformation.The results show that R&D investment significantly contributes to improving total factor productivity(TFP)in enterprises.Moreover,the relationship between digital transformation and productivity growth is also significant,with higher levels of digital transformation leading to greater potential for TFP growth.As a moderating factor,non-state-owned enterprises in the eastern region demonstrate that digital transformation significantly weakens the short-term impact of R&D investment on TFP.Non-state-owned enterprises,particularly those in the eastern region,are more likely to use digital transformation as a means to achieve higher TFP and sustainable development in the future.In contrast,companies in the central and western regions face limitations in R&D funding,which hampers their ability to fully embrace digital transformation.
