摘　　要：共同富裕制度是中国特色社会主义制度体系的有机组成部分,共同富裕制度的成熟与否影响着共同富裕的实现进程。从价值形态上看,共同富裕是一个由公平与效率的矛盾运动不断推动其递进发展的过程。建构共同富裕制度,一是要在尊重社会发展规律的基础上进行理论框架设计,正确把握公平与效率的关系;二是要重视制度设计与实践探索之间的良性互动,在实践中不断总结制度经验,促进公平与效率的统一与优化。从公平与效率视角审视共同富裕制度百年演进历程,可以看出共同富裕制度呈现出明晰的阶段性特征,体现了中国共产党对不同历史时期的社会主要矛盾变化、历史任务变迁及公平与效率关系的深刻把握和提炼总结。The common wealth system is an integral part of socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and the maturity or otherwise of the common wealth system restricts the process of realizing common prosperity.From the perspective of value form,common prosperity is a process of progressive development continuously promoted by the contradictory movement of fairness and efficiency.To construct a common prosperity system,firstly,it is necessary to design a theoretical framework on the basis of respecting the laws of social development,and correctly grasp the relationship between fairness and efficiency;Secondly,it is necessary to pay attention to the benign interaction between system design and practical exploration,constantly summarize institutional experience in practice,and promote the unity and optimization of fairness and efficiency.Examining the evolution of the common prosperity system over the past century from the perspective of fairness and efficiency,it can be seen that the common prosperity system has shown clear phased characteristics,which reflects the profound grasp and refinement of Communist Party of China on the changes in the main social contradictions,changes in historical tasks,and the relationship between fairness and efficiency in different historical periods.
