摘 要:为提升水路运输网络在受到攻击时的韧性,对局部攻击情形下内河水路运输网络的韧性和恢复策略进行研究。首先,考虑到水路运输网络的特点,基于复杂网络理论构建水路运输网络系统。然后,根据局部攻击的针对性,将船闸拥堵作为网络在受到局部攻击时的具体情景,并构建局部攻击情形下的网络韧性测度与恢复策略模型。最后,对重庆市水路运输网络进行仿真分析。研究结果表明,在船闸拥堵情形下网络韧性值并非均匀下降,而是受到失效边的具体情况和网络结构的自我适应能力的影响;在恢复阶段,随着恢复比例增加,韧性值最终可达到1,该恢复策略能够有效实现网络的完全恢复。通过对重庆市水路运输系统进行仿真分析,验证了韧性测度模型和恢复策略的科学性与有效性,为网络韧性恢复策略研究提供了清晰的框架和量化方法。In order to enhance the resilience of waterway transportation networks in the events of attacks,the resilience and recovery strategies of inland waterway transportation networks under local attack scenarios were investigated.Firstly,considering the characteristics of waterway transportation network,the waterway transportation network system was constructed based on complex network theory.Then,according to the pertinence of local attack,the lock congestion was taken as a specific scenario when the network was subject to local attack,and the network resilience measurement and recovery strategy model under local attack was constructed.Finally,the waterway transportation network in Chongqing was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the network resilience value does not decrease uniformly in the case of lock congestion,but is affected by the specific situation of the failed edge and the self-adaptive ability of the network structure;In the recovery phase,with the increase of the recovery ratio,the resilience value can eventually reach 1,and the recovery strategies can effectively realize the complete recovery of the network.By simulating and analyzing the waterway transportation system in Chongqing,the scientificity and effectiveness of the resilience measurement model and recovery strategies are verified,and a clear framework and quantitative method are provided for the study of network resilience recovery strategies.
