摘　　要：PLC与变频器在现代工业自动化及物联网中核心作用显著。本文概述了其原理、特点及应用,分析了物联网自控系统维修的复杂性,提出了高效通信、专业工具及数据分析等维修策略,旨在提升维修效率与质量,确保系统稳定运行,保障生产安全与高效。PLCs and frequency converters play a significant role in modern industrial automation and the Internet of Things(IoT).This paper outlines their principles,characteristics,and applications,analyzes the complexity of maintaining IoT automatic control systems,and proposes maintenance strategies such as efficient communication protocols,specialized tools,and data analysis.The aim is to enhance maintenance efficiency and quality,ensure stable system operation,and guarantee safe and efficient production.
