摘　　要：协调疗法源于“三部六病学说”,其在整体性上强调人体阴阳、气血、机能的协调平和,在局部层面又针对不同疾病病理因素配伍相应的药物,将整体病机和局部治疗有机结合,以扶助人体的正气恢复,激发自疗能力,进而使人体达到一个健康、平和、稳定的状态。杜秀娟教授认为三叉神经痛的发生发展是因为整体不协调,正气亏损无力抗邪,风火挟痰阻滞经络、气血运行不畅、局部不通则痛。故以调畅气血运行、调神止痛为治疗大法,使用协调疗法治疗。杜教授治病特色鲜明,学术经验值得推广。Coordination therapy originates from the theory of“Sanbu Liubing”,which emphasizes the coordination and peace of the human body’s yin and yang,qi and blood,and functions as a whole.At the local level,it also matches corresponding drugs for different pathological factors of diseases,organically combining the overall pathogenesis and local treatment to help the body recover its positive energy,stimulate its self therapeutic ability,and ultimately achieve a healthy,peaceful,and stable state of the human body.Professor Xiujuan Du believes that the occurrence and development of trigeminal neuralgia is due to overall disharmony,deficiency of positive qi and inability to resist evil,obstruction of meridians by wind and fire carrying phlegm,poor circulation of qi and blood,and local pain.Therefore,regulating the circulation of qi and blood,regulating the mind and relieving pain are the main treatment methods.The use of coordinated therapy for the treatment of this disease has distinct characteristics,and academic experience is worth promoting.
