摘　　要：徐春甫是明代著名新安医家,是“培元派”的中流砥柱,推崇李杲的脾胃学说,在辨治脾胃病方面有着独到见解。现对其著作《古今医统大全》《医学指南捷径六书》中治疗脾胃病的特点进行分析,总结出4个方面的特点:感邪内伤、阴阳失司等病因病机,运用食疗顾护脾胃等养生方法,脾胃病论治思想及特色,从脾胃元气认识疾病。文章基于古籍研究指导现代辨证施治用药,分析徐春甫“脾胃观”学术思想特色,以期在临床指导辨治脾胃湿热型痤疮。Xu Chunfu was a famous Xin’an physician in the Ming Dynasty and the mainstay of the“Peiyuan School”.He advocated Li Yu’s spleen and stomach theory and had unique views on the identification and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.The paper analyzed the characteristics of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in his works Ancient and Modern Medicine and Six Books of Medical Guides,summarized the causes and pathogenesis of internal injury,yin and yang loss,used dietary therapy to protect the spleen and stomach and other health methods,discussed the treatment ideas and characteristics of spleen and stomach diseases,and understood the disease from the vitality of the spleen and stomach.Based on the research of ancient books to guide the use of modern syndrome differentiation and treatment drugs,this paper analyzed its academic ideological characteristics of“spleen and stomach view”in order to clinically guide the identification and treatment of spleen and stomach dampness-heat acne.
