中和医派化瘀消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤剥除术后临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中和医派思想指导下化瘀消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤剥除术后患者的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将赣南医学院第二附属医院2021年12月—2023年12月收治的62例子宫肌瘤剥除术后患者分为对照组(常规西药治疗)、研究组(常规西药+中和医派思想指导下化瘀消瘤汤治疗),各31例。评估2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、性激素水平、不良事件发生率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医证候积分、性激素水平、不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中和医派思想指导下采用化瘀消瘤汤可有效缓解子宫肌瘤剥除术后患者的症状,改善性激素水平,不良事件发生风险低,疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical observation of Huayu Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of patients after myomectomy under the guidance of Zhonghe Medical School.Methods According to the method of random number table,62 patients with myomectomy who were enrolled in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from December 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and study group(conventional Western medicine combined with Huayu Xiaoliu decoction treatment under the guidance of the Zhonghe Medical School),with 31 cases in each.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and incidence of adverse events were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score,sex hormone level and incidence of adverse events in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huayu Xiaoliu decoction under the guidance of Zhonghe Medical School can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients after hysteromyoma,improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the risk of adverse events,and has significant curative effect.
