摘　　要：目的探讨应用剪切波弹性成像技术评价中医推拿手法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月广东省中西医结合医院推拿科门诊收治的30例左侧急性腰扭伤患者,设为治疗组;同时招募同期健康受试者30例,设为对照组。分别于治疗前、治疗3次、治疗后应用剪切波弹性成像技术对治疗组竖脊肌水平部进行检测,对照组仅在治疗前检测,记录杨氏模量值,同时比较患者治疗前后JOA评分、VAS评分、BI评分。结果治疗后,患者左侧竖脊肌水平部杨氏模量值较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),同时患者JOA评分、VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),BI评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。结论应用剪切波弹性成像技术可以评价中医推拿手法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the application of shear wave elastography to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine massage manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,30 patients with left acute lumbar sprain were selected in Guangdong Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,and 30 healthy patients were recruited at the same time.Shear wave elastography was used to detect the horizontal part of sacral spinous muscle in the treatment group before and after treatment,and Young’s modulus was recorded.At the same time,JOA score,VAS score and BI score were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Young’s modulus of the horizontal part of the left vertical spinal muscle of the patient was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),while the JOA score and VAS score of the patient were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and BI score was increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shear wave elastography can be used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese massage in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
