摘　　要：肛周脓肿是肛肠科常见疾病之一,也是肛肠急症、危症,一次性根治术是治疗肛周脓肿的首选方法,但单纯的手术治疗存在术后肿胀、疼痛、预后效果不佳等问题。联合中医药治疗具有加快伤口愈合、减轻患者痛苦等优势。文章总结高玲主任医师治疗肛周脓肿的临床经验,其认为肛周脓肿术后的主要病机为湿热火毒留恋,治疗应以清热燥湿为原则,中医药联合手术治疗肛周脓肿,内外兼治,临床疗效最佳。Perianal abscess is one of the common diseases in anus and intestinal department,and is also anal and intestinal emergency and critical disease,one-time radical surgery is the first choice of treatment for perianal abscess,but the simple surgical treatment has the problems of postoperative swelling,pain,and poor prognosis.Combined Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of accelerating wound healing and reducing patient pain.The article summarized the clinical experience of Director Gao Ling in treating perianal abscess,who believes that the main pathogenesis of postoperative perianal abscess is dampness,heat and fire toxin,and the treatment should be based on the principle of clearing heat and drying dampness,and that traditional Chinese medicine combined with surgical treatment of perianal abscess,internal and external treatment,has the best clinical efficacy.
