针灸治疗老年便秘研究进展

摘　　要：便秘是以排便次数减少、周期缩短、排出困难为特征的病症。统计显示,约1/3的老年人会出现便秘的症状,严重影响了其生活质量,且易诱发心脑血管疾病、失眠、焦虑、肠梗阻、肠穿孔等病症。长期服用泻药只能短暂改善表症,往往治标不治本,且易产生依赖性。针灸治疗此病疗效确切,具有操作便捷、不良反应小等特点。临床常用传统针刺联合其他中医疗法等措施进行治疗,文章以老年便秘的中医病因病机为出发点,对针灸联合其他中医疗法治疗老年便秘的研究进展进行综述,以期为此病的治疗提供参考。Constipation is a disease characterized by reduced frequency,shortened cycle,and difficulty in passing stool.Statistics showed that about 1/3 of the elderly will appear constipation symptoms,bring great distress to the elderly,seriously affect their quality of life,and easily induce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,insomnia,anxiety,intestinal obstruction,intestinal perforation and other diseases,and long-term use of laxatives can only improve the surface symptoms,and produce dependence,often treat the symptoms rather than the root cause,and acupuncture treatment of the disease is accurate,with convenient operation,with few side effects and low dependence.Traditional acupuncture combined with other traditional Chinese medicine treatments are commonly used in clinical treatment.Taking the etiology and pathogenesis of constipation in the elderly as a starting point,this article reviewed the research progress of acupuncture combined with other traditional Chinese medicine therapies in the treatment of senile constipation,in order to provide references for the treatment of this disease.
