中药当归质量等级评价研究

摘　　要：目的:建立当归药材的等级评价体系,为该药材的市场定价流通提供参考。方法:运用质量常数法、经验法对当归药材的质量进行评价,从不同产地收集26批药材,测量其外在指标(药材重量及长短)和内在质量指标(阿魏酸及藁本内酯含量),计算其相对质量常数,结合经验法,探讨当归药材等级划分情况。结果:根据相对质量常数结果,将当归药材划分为四等:一等≥0.5,0.5>二等≥0.25,0.25>三等≥0.15,0.15>等外;根据经验法分等,一等药材为X_(2)、X_(5)、X_(4)、X_(6)、X_(1)、X_(18)、X_(22);二等药材为X_(24)、X_(14)、X_(9)、X_(21)、X_(11)、X_(17)、X_(25);三等药材为X_(20)、X_(26)、X_(3)、X_(19)、X_(23)、X_(15)、X_(10);等外的药材为X_(8)、X_(12)、X_(16)、X_(13)、X_(7)。结论:通过比较分析质量常数的等级评价方法和经验法,发现质量常数的等级评价方法可结合传统经验和客观的检测数据,较好反映当归的实际质量状况。该研究丰富了当归等级评价的基础数据,为当归等级评价和商品流通提供了等级规格划分依据。Objective:To establish a rating evaluation system for Angelica sinensis and provide reference for its market pricing and circulation.Methods:The quality of Angelica sinensis was studied using the mass constant method and empirical method.26 batches of medicinal materials were collected from different origins,and their external indicators(weight and length of the medicinal materials)and internal quality indicators(content of ferulic acid and ligustilide)were measured.The relative mass constant was calculated,and combined with empirical method,the classification of Angelica sinensis medicinal materials was explored.Results:According to the relative mass constant results,Angelica sinensis medicinal materials were classified into four classes:first-class≥0.5,0.5>second-class≥0.25,0.25>third class≥0.15,0.15>out of class;According to empirical classification,first-class medicinal herbs are X_(2)、X_(5)、X_(4)、X_(6)、X_(1)、X_(18)、X_(22);Second class medicinal herbs are X_(24)、X_(14)、X_(9)、X_(21)、X_(11)、X_(17)、X_(25);Third class medicinal herbs are X_(20)、X_(26)、X_(3)、X_(19)、X_(23)、X_(15)、X_(10);The substandard medicinal herbs are X_(8)、X_(12)、X_(16)、X_(13)、X_(7).Conclusion:By comparing the grade evaluation methods of quality constants and empirical methods,it was found that the grade evaluation method of quality constants can combine traditional experience and objective detection data,and can better reflect the actual quality status of Angelica sinensis.This study enriches the basic data for the evaluation of Angelica sinensis grades and provides a basis for the classification of grade specifications for Angelica sinensis grade evaluation and commodity circulation.
