摘　　要：梅尼埃病临床表现为发作性眩晕、耳鸣、耳胀闷感、听力下降,病情结局往往是发作性眩晕消失,后遗头晕(提示患侧迷路已永久性损伤),听力完全丧失,严重影响患者的日常生活。范刚启教授创立人迎穴位注射法治疗梅尼埃病,穴简力专,衷中参西,穴药并用,发挥气血同治、调整阴阳之功。已运用人迎穴位注射法治疗27例梅尼埃病患者,疗效满意,值得临床推广。Meniere's disease is predominantly characterized by episodes of vertigo,tinnitus,a feeling of ear fullness,and hearing impairment.As the condition advances,it often results in the cessation of episodic vertigo,subsequently followed by persistent dizziness,which indicates irreversible damage to the affected labyrinth,culminating in total hearing loss,significantly affecting the patient's daily activities.Professor Fan Gangqi has introduced the Renying acupoint injection technique as a treatment for Meniere's disease,which merges targeted acupoint therapy with pharmacological interventions to harmonize Qi and blood while balancing Yin and Yang.this method was applied to 27 individuals diagnosed with Meniere's disease,resulting in favorable outcomes.This innovative therapeutic strategy is worthy of clinical promotion.
