摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)是老年人常见的消化道疾病。李廷荃教授认为,FC病机为虚实夹杂,以虚为主,提出FC多“虚、气、阴、热”,即中焦虚弱兼气滞、阴亏、热结;治疗中以健脾温阳、益胃生津、行气导滞、滋养阴津、清解毒热为主要治则,并兼活血化瘀、清化湿热,自拟“蒌术通便汤”,为临床治疗脾虚肠燥型FC提供了新思路和新方法,疗效颇佳。Functional constipation(FC)is a common digestive tract disease in elderly patients.Professor Li Tingquan believes that the pathogenesis of FC is the intermingling of deficiency and accumulation,mainly deficiency,and puts forward that FC is mainly“deficiency,Qi,Yin and heat”,that is,weakness of Middle Jiao combined with Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency and heat junction.In the treatment of spleen warming Yang,Yiwei Shengjin,Qi guiding stagnation,nourishing Yin jin,clearing and detoxifying heat as the main ideas,and simultaneously promoting blood stasis,clearing dampness-heat,and self-designed Louzhu Tongbian decoction,for the clinical treatment of spleen deficiency and intestinal dryness FC provides a new idea,the effect is quite good.
