摘　　要：总结阎小萍教授从肾虚寒热角度辨治强直性脊柱炎临床经验。阎小萍教授认为强直性脊柱炎肾督空虚为主,外加寒热之邪入侵而发病,提出治疗强直性脊柱炎以“肾虚督寒”为纲,“寒热辨治”为要。根据寒热证候不同进行灵活加减应用,寒性证候运用补肾强督驱寒汤加减,热性证候运用补肾强督清化汤加减。并附病案一则,加以佐证。To summarize Professor Yan's clinical experience in differentiation and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis from the perspective of cold heat and kidney deficiency.Professor Yan thought that the disease kidney emptiness,coupled with the invasion of cold and heat evil disease,Professor Yan proposed that the disease to“kidney deficiency to cold”as the main line,“cold and heat treatment”as the purpose.According to the difference of cold and heat syndrome,the flexible addition and subtraction of cold syndrome with Bushen Qiangdu qu han decoctionadded and subtraction,heat syndrome with Bushen Qiangdu Qinghua Decoction added and subtraction.
