摘　　要：总结丛慧芳教授治疗原发性痛经的临床经验。结合地域影响下形成的气候、饮食、起居特点,丛慧芳教授认为寒地妇女易感伏邪,且以伏寒、伏郁、伏瘀为主,提出原发性痛经病机关键为伏邪内潜,藏于虚处,损肾阳、客冲任、致瘀化火、耗气伤血;治疗上提倡预防为主,病已成则温肾散寒、疏肝解郁、宁心养血、荡涤瘀滞,形成了极具地域性特色的诊疗方法。To summarize professor Cong Huifang's clinical experience in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Based on the characteristics of climate,diet,and daily life formed under the influence of regional factors,Professor Cong Huifang believes that women in cold regions are susceptible to latent pathogens,and the main symptoms are underlying cold,underlying depression,and underlying blood stasis,she proposed that the key to the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea was the latent pathogens,hidden in the deficiency area,damaging kidney Yang,guesting Chongren,causing blood stasis and fire,and depleting Qi and injuring blood.In terms of treatment,prevention is advocated as the main approach.If the disease has already developed,it can warm the kidney and disperse cold,disperse the liver Qi and relieve depression,nourish the heart and blood,and eliminate stasis,forming a highly regional diagnostic and therapeutic feature.
