摘　　要：临床上酒后暴喑严重影响患者工作生活,疗效欠佳。谈太鹏教授认为酒后暴喑的产生与吐下之后气机升降失常、脾肺两脏气阴亏损密切相关,治疗以调节气机、益气养阴为主,配合小指爪纹穴放血,重视内治法与外治法相结合,疗效满意,附验案一则以兹佐证。Drunk suddenly and violently doing work seriously affect the patients life and clinical curative effect is poor,too,professor peng believes the drink and a staple of generation and vomit after lifting disorder and is closely related to the loss of spleen Qi and Yin lung,two treatment is given priority to with regulating Qi activity,Qi and nourishing Yin,cooperate with the little finger claw grain acupuncture point bloodletting,attaches great importance to the internal treatment combined with external treatment,have been satisfied,and a proven cases.
