摘　　要：谢海波教授将良性室性早搏归属于中医“心悸”范畴,病位主要在心,病机与脾息息相关,形成从“脾”论治的独特思路。认为良性室性早搏的根本病机为心脾两虚,脾失健运,心失所养,故心动不宁;同时,痰浊、瘀血作为病理产物,进一步加重病情,成为发病之标。谢海波教授在临床倡导益气健脾与养心复脉联合应用,多以归脾汤化裁,随证加减,疗效明显。通过总结谢海波教授“从脾治心”法治疗良性室性早搏临证经验,以期为临床提供参考。Summarized professor Xie Haibo clinical experience in the treatment of benign ventricular premature beat.Professor Xie Haibo attributed benign ventricular arrhythmia to the category of“palpitations”in traditional Chinese medicine.The disease location is mainly in the heart,but the pathogenesis is closely related to the spleen,forming a unique idea of treating it from the“spleen”.Professor Xie believes that deficiency of both the heart and the spleen is the fundamental pathogenesis of benign ventricular premature disease.The spleen is unable to function well and the heart is unable to nourish,so the heart is uneasy;at the same time,turbid phlegm and blood stasis,as pathological products,further aggravate the condition and become the target of the disease.Professor Xie Haibo advocates the combined application of replenishing Qi and strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart and restoring the pulse in clinical practice.He often uses Guipi Decoction to modify it,which is added and subtracted according to the syndrome,with obvious curative effect.This paper summarizes Professor Xie Haibo's experience in treating benign ventricular premature disease with the method of“treating the heart from the spleen”,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
