Research on the Medication Rules of Treating the Arthralgia Syndrome Based on The Empirical and Effective Prescriptions of Contemporary Famous Doctors

摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘方法探讨当代名医论治痹证的用药规律。方法:整理《当代名医临证精华》中当代名医治疗痹证的经验效方,将复方录入Excel 2010建立数据库,采用古今医案云平台(V2.3)进行频次分析和聚类分析,SPSS Modeler 18.0进行关联规则分析,SPSS Statistics 25.0进行因子分析。结果:共纳入54位医家、266首经验方,涉及中药330味,获得桂枝、甘草、当归、白芍、牛膝等高频药物15味。当代医家用药药性以温为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以肝经为主,功效以祛风湿、祛风除湿最为多见。关联规则获得甘草+桂枝、桂枝+白芍、当归+白芍等核心药对10个。因子分析将药物分为6个公因子,聚类分析将药物分为3个聚类方。结论:《当代名医临证精华》中当代名医治疗痹证以祛风除湿、健脾祛湿、补益肝肾、益气养血、调和营卫、清热活血为核心治法,临证常用蠲痹秦艽汤、防己苡仁汤、苓桂术甘汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤等方加减治疗。Objective:To use data mining methods to explore the prescription rules of contemporary famous doctors on the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Methods:Sort out The Empirical and Effective Prescriptions of Contemporary Famous Doctors in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,and enter the compound prescriptions into Excel 2010 to establish a database,and use the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.3)for frequency analysis and cluster analysis,SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association rules,and SPSS Statistics 25.0 for factor analysis.Results:54 physicians and 266 experiential prescriptions were included,involving 330 Chinese medicines,with Guizhi,Gancao,Danggui,Baishao,Niuxi as high-frequency drugs.The medicinal properties of contemporary doctors are mainly warm,the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter,and the meridian is mainly the liver meridian.The association rules obtained 10 core drug pairs such as Gancao-Guizhi,Guizhi-Baishao,Danggui-Baishao.Factor analysis divides the drugs into 6 common factors,and cluster analysis divides the drugs into 3 clustering prescriptions.Conclusion:The Empirical and Effective Prescriptions of Contemporary Famous Doctors in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome are eliminate wind and dampness,invigorate spleen and dampness,replenish liver and kidney,replenish Qi and nourish blood,harmonize health,and clear heat and promote blood circulation.Commonly used in clinics are Qinjiao Juanbi decoction,Fangji Yiren decoction,Linggui Zhugan decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction,and other prescriptions.
