摘　　要：壮医经筋学术流派是壮族医学的重要组成部分,黄敬伟教授结合中医经筋理论与壮族民间理筋术,创造出独特的经筋诊疗技术。流派以“筋结病灶致病”为核心理论,通过“经筋查灶”手触诊断法和“综合消灶-多维系列解锁”治疗法,有效诊治筋性疾病。黄敬伟及其传承人如韦英才、林辰、黄艺等,对经筋疗法的传承与发展作出了显著贡献,推动了学术流派的形成与繁荣。The Zhuang Medical Jingjin School is a distinctive branch of Zhuang ethnic medicine.This school merges traditional Chinese Jingjin theory with Zhuang folk tendon manipulation to form a comprehensive Jingjin diagnosis and treatment system.Centered on the theory of“disease caused by tendon knot lesions”,it employed“Jingjin lesion palpation”for diagnosis and“comprehensive lesion elimination-multidimensional series unlocking”for treatmen,effectively addressing Jingjin-related diseases.Huang Jingwei and his successors,including Wei Yingcai,Lin Chen,and Huang Yi,have made important contributions to the inheritance and development of Jingjin therapy,promoting the establishment and flourishing of this academic school.
