摘　　要：“易阳通元”是针对现代疾病病机特点和复杂病症特征的最高层次治则,是一种高度概括的临床生生空间思维模式,主张发展生生之气以达生生之效,具有求本重阳、通三焦、调气化的特点。作为普遍适用的基本原则,充分把握疾病的本质与规律,临床运用能更有效地防治疾病。探讨“易阳通元”治则的层次归属,有益于促进中医治疗学的发展,为中医学理论的发展和科学研究提供新的思路,构建中医主动健康生态医学模式。“Yiyang Tongyuan”is the highest-level treatment principle for the pathogenesis characteristics of modern diseases and the characteristics of complex diseases,and is a highly generalized clinical Shengsheng spatial thinking mode,which advocates the development of vitality to promote the vitality of life,and has the characteristics of seeking the root of Chongyang,Tongsanjiao,and Regulating gasification.As a basic principle of universal application,it fully grasps the essence and law of diseases,and its clinical application can be more effective in preventing and treating diseases.Exploring the hierarchical attribution of the“Yiyang Tongyuan”rule is conducive to promoting the development of TCM therapeutics and providing a new thinking framework for the development of TCM theory and scientific research.This is conducive to the construction of a healthy ecological medicine model of TCM.
