摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种发病机制不明的慢性特发性炎症性疾病,病程缠绵难愈,复发率高,严重影响患者生活质量。研究表明,线粒体功能障碍与IBD的发病密切相关。从线粒体呼吸链、线粒体生物发生、线粒体动力学、线粒体氧化应激、线粒体自噬等方面总结线粒体功能与IBD进展及中医药干预的分子机制,为探索IBD发病机制及中医药防治靶点提供一定的理论依据与参考。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic idiopathic inflammatory disease with unknown pathogenesis,the course of the disease is difficult to cure,the recurrence rate is high,and the quality of life of patients is seriously affected.Recent studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction is strongly associated with the pathogenesis of IBD.Recent studies show that mitochondrial dysfunction is strongly associated with the pathogenesis of IBD.The molecular mechanisms of mitochondrial function and IBD progression and Chinese medicine intervention are reviewed from the aspects of mitochondrial respiratory chain,mitochondrial biogenesis,mitochondrial dynamics,mitochondrial oxidative stress,and mitochondrial autophagy,it provides certain theoretical basis and reference for exploring the pathogenesis of IBD and its prevention and treatment targets in traditional Chinese medicine.
