马齿苋治疗特应性皮炎相关机制探讨

摘　　要：特应性皮炎(AD)是一种临床常见的以多形性皮疹为表现的2型炎症性皮肤病,以瘙痒剧烈、反复发作、缠绵难愈为主要特征,其发病机制较为复杂,主要与免疫功能紊乱有关,亦受皮肤屏障功能与微生物等多种因素的影响。马齿苋为清热除湿的常用药,有清热利湿、凉血解毒之功,被历代医家广泛应用于皮肤病的治疗,在抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、增强免疫等方面收效明显。基于大量文献的整理,从调节免疫、修复皮肤屏障功能、改善肠道微环境、抑制金黄色葡萄球菌4个方面探讨马齿苋治疗特应性皮炎的相关机制。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common clinical type 2 inflammatory skin disease with polymorphic rashes,characterized by intense itching,recurrent episodes and intractability.The pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis is relatively complex,mainly related to immune dysfunction,and also affected by a variety of factors such as skin barrier function and microorganisms.Portulaca oleracea L.is a commonly used medicine for clearing heat and removing dampness,with the functions of clearing heat and removing dampness,cooling the blood and detoxifying the toxin,and has been widely used in the treatment of skin diseases by medical practitioners through the ages.It has a wide range of effects,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-tumor and immune enhancement.Based on a large amount of literature,the mechanisms of Portulaca oleracea L.in the treatment of atopic dermatitis are explored from four aspects:regulating immunity,repairing the skin barrier function,improving the intestinal microenvironment,and inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus.
