摘　　要：泽泻汤源自《金匮要略》,由泽泻、白术两味药材组成,是燥湿化痰、健脾制水的经典名方。该方具有降低脂质积累、调节糖脂代谢、抗炎抗氧化、改善脏器功能等多种药理作用,临床广泛应用于治疗眩晕症。从化学成分、药理效应和临床应用等方面对泽泻汤的研究现状进行分析,重点考察泽泻汤多种药理作用与临床应用,以期为泽泻汤在今后的实验研究与临床应用创新寻求新思路,并为泽泻汤实现更高的临床价值提供参考。This study investigates the pharmacological functions,mechanism and clinical application of Zexie Decoction.Zexie Decoction originated from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber contains two medicinal herbs,Alisma,Atractylodes Macrocephala,which is a classic formula for drying dampness,resolving phlegm,nourishing the spleen,and promoting diuresis.Experimental studies show th is formula has various pharmacological effects such as reducing lipid accumulation,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,and improving organ function and is widely used to treat dizziness in clinical practice.Having analyzed the research status of Zexie Decoction from the aspects of its chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications,this paper focuses on exploring the multiple pharmacological effects of Zexie Decoction and its efficacy in treating various diseases in order to seek new ideas for its future experimental research and clinical application innovation,and provide reference for achieving higher clinical value of Zexie Decoction.
