摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症发病率高,病因和发病机制复杂,治疗方法多样。杜仲腰痛丸成方时间长,临床应用广泛。杜仲腰痛丸不仅能在病灶局部发挥作用,还能通过影响中枢神经系统来治疗腰椎间盘突出症。对腰椎间盘突出症的病因、病理、发病机制和治疗方法进行归纳,并介绍杜仲腰痛丸的成分和药理作用,重点讨论其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效和作用机制,在此基础上,对未来杜仲腰痛丸的机理研究方向进行展望。The incidence of lumbar disc herniation is high,with complex causes and mechanisms of onset,and a variety of treatment methods available.Duzhong Yaotong Pills have been used in clinical practice for a long time and are widely recognized.Research shows that their mechanism of action not only targets the local lesion but also exerts effects through brain treatment.The etiology,pathology,pathogenesis,and treatment methods of lumbar disc herniation are summarized,along with an introduction to the components and pharmacological effects of Duzhong Yaotong Pills.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of Duzhong Yaotong Pills in treating lumbar disc herniation are discussed in detail.Furthermore,future research directions on the mechanisms of Duzhong Yaotong Pills are explored.
