自拟痔康洗液对湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的观察自拟痔康洗液治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将424例应用外剥内扎术治疗湿热下注型混合痔患者进行分组。对照组(212例)采用外剥内扎术,观察组(212例)在术后第2天给予自拟痔康洗液治疗。术后第7天比较2组术后并发症评分、术后痔症状评分、临床疗效。结果术后第7天,观察组患者术后并发症评分、痔症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痔康洗液熏洗坐浴治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后有助于减少并发症的发生,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made Zhikang lotion on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids of dampness-heat diffused downward type.Methods According to the random number table method,424 patients who were treated with Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy were grouped.The control group(212 cases)was treated with external stripping and internal ligation,and the observation group(212 cases)was treated with self-prepared Zhikang lotion on the second day after surgery.After 7 days of treatment,postoperative complication score,hemorrhoidal symptom score and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results On the 7th day after surgery,the postoperative complication score and hemorrhoid symptom score of the 2 groups were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the decrease rate was greater in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhikang lotion hip bath in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids of dampness-heat diffused downward type is helpful to reduce the complication rate and improve the therapeutic effect.
