摘　　要：痛风性肾病是持续的血尿酸浓度生成过多或分泌减少导致的肾脏功能受损。薏桂降浊方具有健脾祛湿止痛,温阳暖肾之效,用以健脾祛湿止痛,补火助阳暖肾,部分药味具有明显的抑制尿酸生成和促进尿酸排泄作用。文章以探讨及叙述中医药治疗痛风性肾病的临床疗效为目的,以医案为切入点,叙述了薏桂降浊方较为可观的临床疗效。Gouty nephropathy is an impaired kidney function caused by persistent overproduction or decreased secretion of uric acid in the blood.Yigui Jiangzhuo prescription has the effect of strengthening spleen,removing dampness and relieving pain,warming yang and warming kidney.It is used to strengthen spleen and removing dampness and relieving pain,tonifying fire and helping yang to warm kidney.Some of the medicinal flavors have obvious effects of inhibiting uric acid production and promoting uric acid excretion.In order to discuss and describe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty nephropathy,this paper described the considerable clinical effect of Yigui Jiangzhuo prescription based on medical records.
