摘　　要：针道感染是骨科常见的并发症,严重影响患者的康复进程和治疗效果。文章系统阐述针道感染的诊断方法、分级标准及中西医结合治疗的最新研究进展,旨在为临床提供更为有效的诊疗方案。研究表明,中西医结合治疗能够显著降低感染风险、加速愈合、减少不良反应,并有效提升患者的治疗效果。该综合疗法为未来的研究与临床实践提供了重要参考,具有较高的应用价值和推广前景。Pin tract infection is a common complication in orthopedics,and significantly affects the rehabilitation process and treatment outcomes of patients.This paper systematically elaborated the diagnostic methods,grading criteria,and the latest research progress on the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of pin tract infections,aiming to provide more effective diagnosis and treatment options for clinical practice.Studies have shown that treatment integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly reduce the risk of infection,accelerate healing,minimize side effects,and effectively enhanceed therapeutic effect.This comprehensive therapy offered important reference value for future research and clinical practice,and has high potential for application and promotion.
