温针灸配合穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸关元配合穴位埋线三阴交、地机治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月—2023年3月就诊的68例原发性痛经患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。观察组用温针灸配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组用常规针刺法治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察68例患者治疗前后痛经视觉模拟评分(VAS)和疼痛时间评分。结果治疗3个月后,2组患者VAS评分和疼痛时间评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用温针灸关元配合穴位埋线三阴交、地机治疗原发性痛经较常规针刺有更好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of warming needle moxibustion at Guanyuan(RN4)combined with acupoint catgut embedding at Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Diji(SP8)in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 68 patients with primary dysmenorrhea treated from December 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and pain duration score were observed in 68 patients before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,VAS scores and pain time scores of both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction degree of observation group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion at Guanyuan(RN4)combined with acupoint catgut embedding at Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Diji(SP8)in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has better clinical effect than conventional acupuncture.
