摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷预防甲状腺疾病术后患者便秘的效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年2月南方医科大学珠江医院甲状腺外科收治的80例甲状腺疾病手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷,比较2组患者便秘情况。结果研究组术后排便总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组便秘症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),术后首次排便时间及术后每次排便时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷能有效预防甲状腺疾病术后患者便秘的发生,促进患者肠道蠕动,恢复正常的排便循环,提高患者的舒适度。Objective To explore the application effect of auricular pressing bean combined with acupoint application in preventing constipation in postoperative patients with thyroid disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with thyroid disease surgery admitted to Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University from April 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by using the randomized numerical table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the study group used auricular pressing bean combined with acupoint application for intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care in the control group.The constipation status between the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of postoperative defecation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The constipation score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first postoperative defecation time and each postoperative defecation time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing bean combined with acupoint application can effectively prevent the occurrence of constipation in postoperative patients with thyroid disease,promote intestinal peristalsis of patients,restore the normal defecation cycle,and improve the comfort of patients.
