中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳40例

摘　　要：目的评价中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳临床效果。方法选取2023年1月—2023年12月在日照市人民医院接受治疗的81例气血虚弱型产后缺乳患者,其中41例采用常规促乳治疗(对照组),40例在常规促乳治疗基础上实施中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗(观察组),比较2组治疗后临床疗效、中医证候评分、泌乳相关指标及激素水平。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组泌乳量及乳房充盈评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组泌乳素水平显著高于对照组,孕酮和雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合穴位按摩治疗气血虚弱型产后缺乳,能明显降低中医证候积分、提升乳房充盈程度及增加泌乳量,有助于激素水平调节,从而明显提高临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum agalactia of deficiency of qi and blood type.Methods A total of 81 patients with postpartum agalactia of deficiency of qi and blood type who were treated in Rizhao People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were enrolled in the study,of which 41 patients were treated with conventional lactation stimulation therapy(control group)and 40 patients were treated with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage(observation group)on the basis of conventional lactation stimulation therapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,lactation related indexes and hormone levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Lactation volume and breast filling score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The level of prolactin in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the levels of progesterone and estradiol were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum agalactia of deficiency of qi and blood type can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve breast filling and increase lactation,which is helpful for the regulation of hormone levels,thereby significantly improving the clinical effect.
