补肾活血化痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察补肾活血化痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果。方法 选取2021年4月-2024年4月就诊于万载县妇幼保健院的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者120例,随机分为对照组和联合组,各60例。对照组接受二甲双胍治疗;联合组采取二甲双胍联合补肾活血化痰汤治疗。对比2组疗效、性激素水平、血糖代谢与胰岛素抵抗。结果 联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的LH、T水平比对照组低,E_(2)水平比对照组高(P<0.05);联合组治疗后的FBG、HbAlc、FINS、IRI水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 补肾活血化痰汤联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果明显,可提高妊娠率,减轻症状,调节性激素水平,改善血糖代谢与胰岛素抵抗。Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue Huatan decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 120 PCOS patients in Wanzai County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into groups according to the principle of random control.Sixty cases in the control group were treated with metformin,and 60 cases in the combined group were treated with metformin and Bushen Huoxue Huatan decoction.The efficacy,sex hormone levels,blood glucose metabolism and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LH and T levels in combined group were lower than those in control group,E_(2) levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,HbAlc,FINS and IRI in combined group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Huatan decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of infertility induced by PCOS has significant effect,can improve the pregnancy rate,alleviate symptoms,adjust sex hormone levels,and improve blood glucose metabolism and insulin resistance.
