摘　　要：荨麻疹是临床病情复杂、诊治疗效不甚理想的一种皮肤科常见病。文章分享1例小青龙加石膏汤加减治疗小儿荨麻疹医案,展现中医药治疗此病的独特优势。本例荨麻疹患儿主要因外出感受风邪所致,肺为娇脏,外合皮毛。有针对性地治疗主症,各种兼症也随即而解,可获得显著疗效。文章通过叙述该例典型案例,分析其临床表现和完整的诊疗过程,展现了中医在治疗荨麻疹过程中的良好效果,深入地辨治思考以期为临床诊疗提供思路。Urticaria is a common dermatological disease with complicated clinical condition and unsatisfactory therapeutic effect.The article shared a case of Xiaoqinglong Shigao decoction in the treatment of urticaria in children,which shows the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of this disease.It was mainly caused by going out to feel wind pathogen,and the lungs were delicate and the fur was outside.With targeted treatment of the main symptoms,various symptoms are also solved immediately,and significant curative effects can be obtained.By describing a typical case,analyzing its clinical manifestations and complete diagnosis and treatment process,this paper clearly showed the good effect of TCM in the treatment of urticaria,and deeply identified and thought about the treatment in order to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
