基于脏腑别通探讨茵陈在心系疾病的应用

摘　　要：“脏腑别通”理论阐释了一种区别于传统认识的脏腑关系,即心与胆相通,肝与大肠相通,脾与小肠相通,肺与膀胱相通,肾与三焦相通。此文基于“脏腑别通”理论,从“心胆相通”的角度探讨茵陈在治疗心系疾病中的应用。“心胆相通”以丰富的中医理论为基础:心与胆经络旁通、共同巡行;出入之枢、畅达气机;君相相安、化生心血。同时心胆两经同主枢,茵陈经冬而生,具少阳升发之机,可调畅肝胆之气,枢转气机;又擅清热利湿。临床上配伍治疗胸痹、心悸、心水等疾病,效果良好,扩大了茵陈的临床应用范围。“Interlink between zang and fu viscera”explained the relationship between the zang and fu viscera different from traditional understanding.It means heart-gallbladder communication,liver-large intestine communication,spleen-small intestine communication,lung-bladder communication and kidney-triple energizer communication.Based on theory of“interlink between zang and fu viscera”,this article explored the application of virgate wormwood herb in the treatment of heart diseases clinically from the perspective of“heart and gallbladder communication”.“Heart and gallbladder communication”based on the abundant theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Heart connected with bladder in meridian circulation and shared a common pathway.They were the key position of qi,adjusted the movement of qi and produced blood.Heart and bladder had the peace of monarch and ministerial.Hand shaoyin heart meridian and the bladder meridian of foot shaoyang governed the key of the elevating and descending of qi.Clinically,virgate wormwood herb regulates the qi of liver and gallbladder,pivotes the elevating and descending of qi and skilled in relieving heat-dampness,which plays a good effect on treating heart diseases,such as chest pain,palpitation and heart failure.The article enlarged the scope of clinical application for virgate wormwood herb.
