摘　　要：恒古骨伤愈合剂为彝族民间古方,中医辨证属于精血亏虚、气血不足、筋脉失养、瘀血闭阻、脉络不通等所致血瘀肿痛、腰膝痹痛、骨质松脆等皆可用之。此文通过查阅国内外文献,总结分析归纳恒古骨伤愈合剂的组方原则、主治、功效、临床适应证,在治疗骨质疏松症、骨折、骨不连、股骨头坏死、腰椎间盘突出症等疾病方面的机制及临床疗效。结果表明,恒古骨伤愈合剂在骨与关节疾病及软组织损伤中疗效确切,值得关注。Osteoking is an ancient Yi nationality folk prescription,which can be used for TCM syndrome differentiation of blood stasis and swelling pain,waist and knee pain and brittle bone caused by deficiency of essence and blood,deficiency of qi and blood,loss of muscle and vein,blockage of blood stasis and vein obstruction.This paper summarized and analyzed the composition,indications,efficacy and clinical indications of Osteoking,and its mechanism and clinical efficacy in the treatment of osteoporosis,fracture,nonunion,femur head necrosis,lumbar disc herniation,soft tissue pain and other diseases.The results showed that the curative effect of Osteoking in bone and joint diseases and soft tissue injuries is accurate and is worthy of attention.
