改良前外侧联合改良后内侧入路内固定术对三踝骨折患者围术期指标及足踝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察在三踝骨折患者中实施改良前外侧联合改良后内侧入路内固定术的影响。方法:选取2020年6月—2023年10月贵黔国际医院收治的80例三踝骨折患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组行常规后外侧入路辅助后内侧切口治疗,观察组行改良前外侧联合改良后内侧入路内固定术。对比两组的围术期指标、复位质量、足踝功能、踝关节稳定性、并发症。结果:观察组围术期各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组复位优良率、美国足踝外科医生协会(AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分、踝关节功能Baird-Jackson评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良前外侧联合改良后内侧入路内固定术用于三踝骨折患者可提高复位质量及足踝功能,增强踝关节的稳定性,减少并发症,促进术后恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of modified anolateral combined with modified posterior medial approach in patients with three ankle fractures.Method:80 patients admitted to Guiqian International Hospital from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional posterolateral approach assisted posterior medial incision treatment,and the observation group underwent modified anterolateral combined with modified posterior medial approach instrumexy.The perioperative indicators,reduction quality,ankle function,ankle stability,and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The perioperative indicators in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the reduction rate,the scores of American association,ankle and hind foot function,and Baird-Jackson scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified anolateral fixation combined with modified medial approach can improve the reduction quality and ankle function,enhance ankle stability,reduce complications and promote postoperative recovery.
