自拟补肾益气方在支气管哮喘伴咳嗽患者治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟补肾益气方治疗支气管哮喘(BA)伴咳嗽患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年9月—2023年9月南平市建阳第一医院收治的60例BA伴咳嗽患者作为研究对象,根据随机法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液,执行雾化吸入治疗,并口服茶碱片,观察组于对照组治疗方案上另予以自拟补肾益气方治疗。评估两组治疗效果,检测并比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平及治疗后对哮喘控制情况评估,并比较治疗过程中的不良反应。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后及随访调查肺功能指标均有增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后和随访测得IgA、IgG、IgM水平均有提升,观察组提高幅度较对照组更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组较对照组对BA的控制率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟补肾益气方治疗BA伴咳嗽的治疗效果突出,能增强对哮喘的控制,并能改善免疫功能,不影响西药对肺功能的改善且该联合疗法安全性良好。Objective:To explore the efficacy of self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction on patients with bronchial asthma(BA)complicated with cough.Method:60 patients with BA and cough were selected from Nanping Jianyang First Hospital.According to the randomization grouping method,they were divided into two groups,including 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was given budesonide inhalation powder for aerosol inhalation treatment and took theophylline sustained-release tablets orally,whereas the observation group was added with self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction on the basis of the treatment regimen in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.The lung function indexes and immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)before and after treatment,asthma control evaluation after treatment and adverse effects during treatment were detected and compared between groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were increased after treatment and during follow-up investigation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment and during follow-up,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM were increased in both groups,and the increases in observation group were greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the BA control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Bushen Yiqi decoction has a prominent therapeutic effect on BA with cough.It can enhance the control of asthma and improve the immune function.It does not affect the improvement of lung function by western medicine and the combined therapy has good safety.
