氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的效果。方法:选取2020年4月—2022年9月上海市第一人民医院酒泉医院收治的92例老年高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法,将其分为试验组和参比组,每组各46例。两组均给予常规处理,参比组给予单纯氨氯地平治疗,在参比组的基础上给予试验组联合美托洛尔,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组的舒张压和收缩压、血清生长分化因子15(GDF-15)、脂蛋白a [Lp(α)]、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、心排血量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)均低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的临床有效率高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对高血压合并冠心病患者实施氨氯地平联合美托洛尔治疗,能够有效控制患者血压水平、降低GDF-15、Lp(α)水平、改善心功能,临床疗效显著,且不会额外增加不良反应的发生。Objective:To analyse the effect of amlodipine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease0.Method:Ninety-two elderly patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease treated in the Shanghai General Hospital Jiuquan Hospital n from April 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine treatment,the reference group was given amlodipine alone,and the experimental group was given combined metoprolol on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,serum growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15),lipoprotein a[Lp(α)],left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD),cardiac output(CO)and heart index(CI)of experimental groups were lower than those of reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine combined with metoprolol can effectively control blood pressure level,reduce GDF-15 and Lp(α)levels,improve cardiac function,and do not increase the occurrence of adverse effects.
