精灸膏肓、阳池、中脘穴联合针刺治疗冈上肌肌腱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察精灸膏肓、阳池、中脘穴联合针刺治疗冈上肌肌腱炎临床效果。方法:选取漳州市第二中医院2021年8月—2023年12月收治的60例冈上肌肌腱炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(针刺治疗)和观察组(精灸联合针刺治疗),每组各30例。观察两组疼痛程度、肩关节功能以及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组视觉模拟量表(VAS)及现有疼痛强度(PPI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Constant-Murley量表(C-M)评分高于对照组,肩关节各活动角度大于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精灸膏肓、阳池、中脘穴联合针刺治疗冈上肌肌腱炎疗效显著,可改善患者疼痛,有利于患者肩关节功能恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of refined moxibustion at Gaohuang,Yangchi and Zhongwan combined with acupuncture in treating supraspinatus tendinitis.Method:60 patients with supratinatus muscle tendinitis admitted to the Second Hospital Zhangzhou from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(acupuncture treatment)and observation group(acupuncture treatment combined with acupuncture treatment)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The pain degree,shoulder joint function and treatment effect were observed.Result:After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and existing pain intensity(PPI)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Constant-Murley scale(C-M)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the motion angles of shoulder joint were higher than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupuncture at Gaohuang,Yangchi and Zhongwan points has remarkable curative effect on supraspinatus muscle tendinitis,which can improve the pain of patients and is conducive to the recovery of shoulder joint function.
