摘　　要：目的:评价黄芪止血汤治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(ANVUGIB)的临床效果。方法:选取广州市中西医结合医院2023年4月—2024年2月收治的100例ANVUGIB患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规止血、抑酸、护胃治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄芪止血汤,疗程为7 d。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平,输血量,大便隐血转阴时间,血压稳定时间,住院时间及再出血率等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组Hb、RBC水平均高于对照组,hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组输血量和再出血率均低于对照组,大便隐血转阴时间、血压稳定时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪止血汤联合常规治疗ANVUGIB疗效确切,可有效改善患者贫血程度,减轻炎症反应,缩短病程,减少输血量,降低再出血率。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Astragalus Hemostatic Tang in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding(ANVUGIB).Method:A total of 100 ANVUGIB patients admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine hemostasis,acid suppression and stomach protection,and the treatment group was treated with Huangqi styptic decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 7 days.The clinical efficacy,hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cell count(RBC),serum inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The amount of blood transfusion,the time for occult blood in stool to turn negative,the stable time of blood pressure,the length of hospital stay and the rate of rebleeding.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb and RBC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood transfusion volume and rebleeding rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the time of stool occult blood turning negative,blood pressure stabilizing time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Astragalus Hemostatic Tang combined with conventional treatment of ANVUGIB has a definite effect,which can effectively improve the degree of anemia in patients,reduce inflammation,shorten the course of disease,reduce
