真武汤加减联合硝酸甘油注射液对肺心病、急性左心衰竭患者效果

摘　　要：目的:探析肺心病急性左心衰竭治疗中,硝酸甘油注射液、真武汤加减的联合效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月陕西省榆林市榆阳区中医医院收治的100例肺心病急性左心衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用摸球法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用硝酸甘油注射液,观察组硝酸甘油注射液+真武汤加减治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组心功能、肺功能及血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减、硝酸甘油注射液联合应用于肺心病急性左心衰竭患者中,临床疗效显著,能快速改善患者的心肺功能,维持血气指标正常,加快患者临床症状的缓解。Objective:To explore the combined effect of nitroglycerin injection and modified Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of acute left heart failure in pulmonary heart disease.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute left heart failure from pulmonary heart disease admitted to Yuyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by touch ball method.with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nitroglycerin injection,while the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin injection+Zhenwu decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of heart function,lung function and blood gas in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Zhenwu decoction and nitroglycerin injection in patients with acute left heart failure of pulmonary heart disease has significant clinical effect,which can quickly improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients,maintain the normal blood gas index,and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms.
