摘　　要：工程项目开展的核心环节就是概预算编制,也是造价管理的主要内容。通过概预算编制体系全面掌握项目资金情况,还能提升企业的竞争力。基于此,文中分析概预算编制质量的重要性,探讨概预算编制质量与工程造价间的关系,阐述了概预算编制质量对工程造价的影响,并提出提高概预算编制质量的措施。希望本文的论述能为类似研究提供借鉴。The core link in the implementation of engineering projects is the compilation of budget estimates,which is also the main content of cost management.Through the budget estimate compilation system,a comprehensive understanding of the project’s funding situation can be achieved,and this can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper analyzes the importance of the quality of budget estimate compilation,explores the relationship between the quality of budget estimate compilation and engineering cost,elaborates on the impact of budget estimate compilation quality on engineering cost,and proposes measures to improve the quality of budget estimate compilation.It is hoped that the discussions in this paper can provide references for similar studies.
