摘 要:本文深度研究了城市给水管网老化与漏损问题,提出了从技术、管理与维护以及法规与政策支持三方面改进的策略。技术方面采用先进材料和智能监测系统提高管道耐久性。管理与维护方面建立信息管理系统、强化维护团队,定期巡检是成功改进的关键。法规与政策方面,明确法规规范管道建设和维护,激励采用先进技术。成功改进管网老化与漏损需要技术、管理、法规与政策等多方面有机结合。This paper provides an in-depth investigation of the aging and leakage issues in urban water supply networks,proposing improvement strategies from three aspects:technology,management and maintenance,and policy support.Technologically,advanced materials and intelligent monitoring systems are employed to enhance the durability of pipelines.In terms of management and maintenance,the establishment of an information management system,strengthening of maintenance teams,and regular inspections are identified as key factors for successful improvement.Regarding policy,clear regulations are needed to standardize pipeline construction and maintenance,with incentives for adopting advanced technologies.The successful improvement of aging and leakage in water supply networks requires an organic combination of technology,management,and policy.
