摘 要:地下空间被广泛应用,房建工程地下结构的防水问题日益凸显。为应对渗水问题,本文结合实际项目案例进行分析,在该项目中,采用整体式浇筑方法,减少施工缝设置,提高结构的连续性,对防水材料进行闭水试验,检验材料防水效果,使用聚氨酯防水涂料,防水层厚度密封性得到保障。研究结果表明,使用自制混凝土,选择适合本项目的防水涂料,可以提高地下结构防水性能。With the increasing application of underground space,waterproofing issues in underground structures of building engineering have become more prominent.To address seepage problems,this paper analyzes actual project cases.In the project,an integrated casting method was adopted to reduce the number of construction joints,thereby enhancing the continuity of the structure.A water retention test was conducted on waterproof materials to verify their effectiveness.Polyurethane waterproof coating was used to ensure the thickness and sealing of the waterproof layer.The study concludes that using self-made concrete and selecting suitable waterproof coatings for the project can improve the waterproof performance of underground structures.
