摘  要:空调系统内部结构及管道的热位移现象不仅会导致能效降低、运行成本增加,还可能引起管道破裂或泄漏,严重时甚至会威胁建筑结构的安全。本文针对热位移对空调系统的影响进行了阐述,并从支架、软连接、沉降缝等施工问题方面提出解决措施。针对壁挂式空调内部的热胀冷缩问题,提出优化内部结构的方法避免上述问题。通过采取这些措施,可以显著降低因热胀冷缩引起的故障和停机风险,从而提高整个空调系统的性能和稳定性。Thermal displacement in the internal structure and piping of air conditioning systems can lead to reduced energy efficiency,increased operating costs,and even pipe rupture or leakage,which may severely threaten the safety of building structures.This paper elaborates on the impact of thermal displacement on air conditioning systems and proposes solutions from the perspectives of construction issues such as supports,flexible connections,and expansion joints.For wall-mounted air conditioners,methods to optimize the internal structure are suggested to avoid the problems caused by thermal expansion and contraction.By implementing these measures,the risk of failures and downtime caused by thermal expansion and contraction can be significantly reduced,thereby improving the performance and stability of the entire air conditioning system.
