摘　　要：本文旨在探讨装配式建筑在实际应用中遇到的主要技术难点,并提出相应的解决方法。通过对装配式建筑施工技术的基本情况进行概述,深入分析了装配式建筑应用中的主要技术难点。为解决这些难点,本文提出了引入先进的自动化生产设备、优化物流运输方案、创新安装工艺、加强质量控制与管理体系建设以及应用现代化安全管理技术等策略。最终结论显示,这些措施能显著提高装配式建筑的应用效果与安全性。This paper aims to explore the main technical challenges encountered in the application of prefabricated buildings and proposes corresponding solutions.By providing an overview of the basic situation of prefabricated building construction technology,the paper deeply analyzes the main technical challenges in the application of prefabricated buildings.To address these challenges,the paper proposes strategies such as introducing advanced automated production equipment,optimizing logistics transportation plans,innovating installation processes,strengthening quality control and management system construction,and applying modern safety management technologies.The final conclusion shows that these measures can significantly improve the application effectiveness and safety of prefabricated buildings.
