摘 要:对某风电场35 kV升压站内35 kV接地变压器遭雷击烧毁事件进行分析。风电场架空敷设35 kV集电线路转铠装电缆进入升压站时,终端杆转换位置存在雷电感应过电压传导转移、高压避雷器不能正常工作等问题,分析发现雷电感应过电压传导是升压站内35 kV接地变压器雷击烧毁、雷雨天气时多次跳闸的主要原因。遵循相关技术规范,提出了雷电感应过电压传导电气隔断技术思路,建议将终端杆位置架空避雷线独立接地、35 kV铠装电缆金属护导层单独接地,架空避雷线、铠装电缆金属护导层接地引下线屏蔽敷设。结果可供同类项目参考。The incident of a 35 kV grounding transformer being struck and burned out in a 35 kV substation of a wind farm is analyzed.When the overhead laying of 35 kV collection lines in the wind farm is converted into armored cables and enters the substation,there are problems such as lightning induced overvoltage conduction and transfer at the terminal pole conversion position,and the high-voltage lightning arrester cannot work normally.It shows that lightning induced overvoltage conduction is the main reason for the 35 kV grounding transformer in the substation being burned out by lightning strikes and tripping multiple times during thunderstorm weather.Following relevant technical specifications,a technical concept for lightning induced overvoltage conduction electrical isolation has been proposed.It is suggested to independently ground the overhead lightning protection line at the terminal pole position,ground the metal protective layer of the 35 kV armored cable separately,and shield the grounding lead of the overhead lightning protection line and armored cable metal protective layer.The results can be used as a reference for similar projects.
