摘 要:随着对低压电器元件技术理解程度的不断加深,追求设计高性能低压元件产品的需求大增。现用提升插入式小型断路器产品抗雷击性能的实际案例介绍一种产品设计优化方法。这一方法首先根据变自由度原理对产品合闸状态下机构自由度进行分析,再结合高速摄像机确认产品机构运动情况,接着依据偏差等效原理建立与实际情况较符合的计算机模型,使用公差分析软件对测量目标进行分析,得到强相关的几组尺寸公差数据,最后根据加工可行性组合成优化方案,并进行试验。通过试验结果对比,确定这一设计优化方法是有效的。As our understanding of low voltage electrical component technology deepens,the need to high-performance low voltage component products has significantly increased.It presents a practical example of enhancing the lightning resistance of MCB,illustrating the application of a product design optimization method.Initially,this approach analyzes the mechanism’s degrees of freedom in the product’s closed state using the variable degrees of freedom principle,and verifies the mechanism’s motion with a high-speed camera based on the principle of deviation equivalence,a computer model closely aligned with actual conditions is established following the motion analysis,then employs tolerance analysis.The software analyzes the measurement objectives,deriving several sets of closely related dimensional tolerance data,which are then integrated into an optimized solution based on manufacturing feasibility formulates a plan and conducts experiments.The results confirm the effectiveness of this design method.
